All of our wooden playhouses and accessories come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. This ensures you receive a high-quality, durable product for your family’s enjoyment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged part?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if a part arrives damaged, follow these steps:

1. Inspect your order upon delivery – If damage is visible, note it on the delivery slip before signing.

2. Take clear photos of the damaged part and packaging.

3. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@outdoorplayhouse.co.uk with your order number and photos.

4. Our team will assess your claim and arrange for a replacement part as quickly as possible.

Do I need proof of purchase to make a claim?
