Can I Return My Order?

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom or personalised playhouses may not be eligible for returns.

  • Approval & Instructions

    We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping details.

  • Return the Item

    Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

  • Refund or Exchange

    Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping if the product arrives defective or damaged.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Klarna/Buy Now Pay Later orders will be refunded according to their terms.
