Can I Return My Order?
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalised playhouses may not be eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping if the product arrives defective or damaged.
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
- Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
- If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for a replacement.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return.
- Klarna/Buy Now Pay Later orders will be refunded according to their terms.
