- Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

How Delivery Works

Kerbside Delivery Only
By courier rules, large playhouses arrive on wooden pallets and will be dropped at the nearest accessible kerbside. If you have a flat driveway, most drivers can move the pallet onto it. However, if you have gravel, grass, or uneven ground, the pallet will likely be left at the pavement.

Heavy & Oversized Items
Some of our larger wooden playhouses weigh up to 500kg (half a ton) and require tail-lift lorries for delivery. If access to your property is tight, please let us know in advance.

Smaller Items Ship Faster
Accessories like slides, roofing felt, and toys are dispatched separately and may arrive sooner than larger playhouses.

Inspect Before Signing
Always check your delivery for any damage before signing. If you're not available during delivery, you may be charged for a return delivery fee if reattempted.

Can I choose my delivery date?
We aim to deliver your wooden playhouse as quickly as possible, but if you need a specific delivery date, we may be able to accommodate it.
- Standard deliveries are scheduled automatically based on courier availability.
- If you need a specific time slot, this may be available at an additional cost—please contact us as soon as you place your order to arrange this.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re not available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a missed delivery notice.
For larger playhouses, missed deliveries may result in a return delivery charge, so we recommend arranging for someone to be home.
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact the courier as soon as possible using your tracking details.
My package arrived damaged - what should I do?
We take great care in packaging our playhouses, but if yours arrives damaged, follow these steps:
1. Inspect your package before signing for it—if damage is visible, note it on the delivery slip.
2. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@outdoorplayhouse.co.uk with your order number and photos.
4. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement part or solution as quickly as possible.
